I think many of us here at Hill St. would agree that Easter is one of our busiest times. From the creation of our wonderful window display in Saffron Walden, to each individually wrapped luxury, artisan mini egg, the time leading up to Easter weekend is certainly an active yet diligent period.

Easter itself is a period full of a multitude of religious observances, but alongside that, Easter also has many traditions and customs that are followed by people of different cultures. One such tradition that has become synonymous with Easter is the consumption of chocolate.
